Supporting Documents

What should the application contain?

In order for the Embassy to smoothly assess applications, it is essential that applicants submit all of the required supporting documentation together with a completed and signed visa application form.

There are some general requirements for all types of visits and some additional requirements depending on the purpose of the visit.

It is essential that applicants present all of the required documentation. The visa section accepts documents only in English. Documents in any other language will not be accepted unless translated into English and duly notarized.

For more information about the specific requirements, we ask that you click on the relevant purpose of stay in the right column. The information can also be found on VFS’ homepage here https://www.vfsglobal.com/Denmark/Nigeria/
